We are at Via Guido Monaco 19, a five-minute walk from Santa Maria Novella station. When you contact us, you speak to someone who knows every room, every neighbour and every useful shortcut in the area.
The Charlotte story
Where it began
Charlotte grew from a straightforward conviction: families deserve a comfortable, well-managed place to stay in Florence. Since 2021 we have handled every room ourselves, keeping the standard consistent for every guest who stays with us.
What we stand for
Honest photos, real distances, prices with no hidden extras. If something goes wrong during your stay, we sort it out ourselves - we do not pass you on to a third party or ask you to open a ticket.
